Terms of Service

By accessing or using English Era Studio ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at our contact form if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Some content and features require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed on the Plans page and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We offer a 7-day refund for new subscriptions if you have not accessed more than 20% of paid content. Contact our contact form to request a refund.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute paid course content without our written permission.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to access, modify, or interfere with the Platform's systems or data.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content in bulk.

Your account may be used on a maximum of two (2) devices simultaneously. Accessing the Platform from more than two devices at the same time is not permitted. We reserve the right to terminate sessions or suspend accounts where this limit is exceeded.

Your subscription is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account credentials with others to circumvent this limit is a violation of these terms.

All content on the Platform — including course materials, audio files, images, text, and software — is owned by English Era Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

A paid subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content for your own educational purposes only. No content may be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without our express written consent.

If you submit content to the Platform (e.g. profile information or feedback), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the service. You retain ownership of your content and may delete your account to remove it.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific learning objectives. Language learning outcomes depend on your own effort and consistency.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, English Era Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your profile settings or by contacting us. Sections 7, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which English Era Studio is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
